PASA Softball Team

After a most excellent excursion at the 2008 Sportsfest, the CSUF PASA Softball Team wishes to once again unite to destroy its opponents in the most excellent game of the ball that is not quite soft, softball. We are practicing for CSUF Intramurals in Fall and Sportsfest in Spring. Practices are tentatively scheduled to be held on the most wonderful of weekdays, Friday at noon. No experience is necessary to participate in the team for the experience of participating in the team will be quite the experience already. The only thing needed is the capability to have fun. In Other News...

as of right now, pasa board is looking to fill the positions for internal vice president and kronicle editor.

responsibilities of kronicle editor are the following:
- collect informative articles which pertains to pasa, filipino culture, etc.
- administer and coordinate the layout of the pasa newsletter, the kronicle.

basically, you'll be in charge of the pasa newsletter. you can have a committee of people to help you with pictures, articles, columns, etc. if you've ever put together a newspaper or magazine or a diy zine, then this might be for you.

requirements for kronicle editor:
- have a 2.0 or more GPA
- enrolled in at least 6 units
- must be a CSUF student

responsibilities of internal vice president are the following:
- attend AICA meetings every thursday at 3pm at gabrelino
- presides over board meetings in absence of the president
- takes over all responsibilities of the president in his absence

basically, you will rep pasa at aica meetings. aica is the association for inter-cultural awareness. at aica meetings, all the clubs at campus send their rep to these meetings to find out what the other clubs are up to. also, you will fill in for theo with his duties when he is absent. you will be helping out in other various roles when needed as well.

requirements for internal vice president:
- have a 2.0 or more GPA
- enrolled in at least 6 units
- must be a CSUF student
- be on board for at least one semester

if you're interested in any of these positions, contact and email your availability to pasa president theo zuniga. you can request interviews now until june 6. after that, we will be scheduling interviews. all interviews will be held in the month of june.
